It all began with a wedding.
My younger sister's, to be exact. As I put together gifts for her bridesmaids and matching pajama sets for the whole bridal party — including the bride herself — I ran into the same frustration over and over: it was nearly impossible to find beautiful, high-quality pieces that could be personalized in time. Most vendors offered one or the other — nice quality or personalization — rarely both, and almost never on a wedding timeline.
So we built May Silk Co to be the option we couldn't find: soft, refined silk, cotton, and linen pieces that can be made personal — in, thêu, khắc tên — without sacrificing quality or turnaround time.
